Can't connect to BL-1500, it won't detect it, don't know if it's the product or the app that is the problem (or both), have tried contacting support but no answers
Finding it difficult to get Lifevit bracelet working consistantly,have sent emails to dada with no response, can't find any instructions how to fix problems. At this stage a poor investment
